  • Nantucket Cabana is a luxury beach rental and concierge service that takes the planning, packing, and hauling out of a day at the beach.

    We bring the cabanas, chairs, towels, coolers, games, and beach-day essentials, then handle setup and breakdown, so you can simply show up, settle in, and enjoy Nantucket.

  • Each setup includes:

    • Fully styled beach cabanas

    • Reclining beach chairs or loungers

    • Plush towels

    • Cooler with ice, waters and cups

    • Teak side tables

    • Bluetooth speaker

    • Waste Baskets

    • Optional Meal Delivery

    If there’s anything you’d like to add, from extra seating to food, drinks, or special requests, our team is happy to help make the day your own.

  • Day rentals: 10:00 AM–5:00 PM
    Sunset setup: 6:00 PM–9:00 PM

    Additional time is available for day packages at $50/hr.

  • Please book at least 16 hours in advance so our team has time to prepare your setup.

  • On the day of your booking, we’ll set everything up before you arrive and text you the exact pinned location of your cabana. Once you’re on the sand, your setup will be easy to spot.

  • No. That’s the whole point.

    We’ll have everything ready before you arrive, so all you have to do is show up and enjoy the day.

  • When you’re finished for the day, please text the same number that sent you your pinned location ‪(508) 257-1559, even if you leave ahead of time! This way, our materials are not sitting unattended on the beach for too long.

    You do not need to wait for us to arrive. Once you’ve texted us, you’re free to go.

  • Your souvenir cups, snacks, and drinks are yours to keep. Everything else belongs to Nantucket Cabana and should be left with your setup when you head out, including cabanas, chairs, towels, coolers, blankets, games, speakers, tables, and baskets.

    You’re welcome to leave trash in the provided waste baskets and our team will dispose of it after pickup. We just ask that you please be mindful of the beach and avoid leaving any trash in the sand.

  • Of course. Enjoy Nantucket however you’d like.

    Please note that Nantucket Cabana is not responsible for belongings left unattended. When you leave the setup, we recommend securing your valuables and lowering umbrellas.

  • If you’re not ready to leave, we get it.

    Additional hours may be available for full-day packages at $50 per hour and will be charged to the card on file. Please let us know as early as possible so our team can confirm availability.

  • We keep an eye on the forecast and wind conditions leading up to your reservation.

    If winds are expected to be too strong, cabanas and umbrellas may be left lowered when you arrive and should only be raised if conditions calm down. If rain begins during your reservation, please lower the umbrellas before leaving the setup and text our team to let us know.

    If weather requires cancellation before your reservation, please see our cancellation policy.

  • For non-weather cancellations made more than 48 hours before your reservation, we’ll issue a full refund, excluding the non-refundable 3% booking/credit card fee.

    For cancellations made less than 48 hours before your reservation, a $100 cancellation fee will apply.

    If your reservation qualifies for a full refund, add-ons will also be refunded. Last-minute cancellations limit our ability to offer the setup to another guest, so we appreciate your understanding.

    For weather-related cancellations, we offer a full refund, excluding the 3% credit card fee, when the cancellation is made at least 3 hours before your reservation time. Cancellations made less than 3 hours before the reservation are non-refundable. If rain begins after you are already at your setup, refunds are not issued.
